Do you offer on-site catering?

LVL Events offers a list of preferred caterers from which to choose from. You may not bring your own food for an event. 


How does bar service work?

We will provide the bar service for your event. We require a beverage minimum – prices vary from day of the week and time of year. We offer a variety of ways to reach you beverage minimum in order to be flexible within you budget. Bartenders are included in your beverage minimum and will select an appropriate amount to staff you event.

 

How far in advance do you book wedding dates?

We typically book weddings and large events 12-15 months in advance.


How much is the deposit to secure a date? 

A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due at the time the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. This deposit gets deducted from your final bill. 


How long do we have the space and what time does the event have to end?

You are guaranteed 10 hours in the space and all events will end at midnight. Additional venue rental hours are available.


Can LVL Events accommodate both wedding ceremony and reception?

Yes! We can accommodate both events!


Can we use candles in the venue?

Yes, if they are enclosed (e.g. votives, hurricanes, floating candles)


Are there any additional fees applied to my bill?

An 18% gratuity charge will be added to your final bar bill and a 6.1% sales and expo tax will be added to the final bill. 


Will there be security?

All events occurring Friday and Saturday evening will receive complimentary security guards on-site. Events occurring from Sunday-Thursday that will be serving alcohol with 75 or more guests will require 1 security guard. Events Exceeding 100 guests will require additional security. Pricing is $65 per guard for the entire event
